About us

Performance Matters is a small, boutique consultancy specialized in Performance Management. Or, as we prefer to call it when removing traditional stick-and-carrot management from the equation; Performance Leadership.

Our strict focus allows us to be among the very best within the field of driving Performance, something that has been confirmed when we compete for projects head-to-head with the big consulting firms.

We are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, but our projects have taken us to most parts of Europe, South America, The Middle East, and the Far East.

Although there's a strong cultural bias as to what Performance methodologies work best in a specific country, there is also an overwhelming amount of Performance best practices, that work across industries, sectors and countries.
